CATERINA D’AGOSTINO
March 11, 1928 – October 8, 2017
D’Agostino, Caterina, age 89, of Lauderdale-by-the-Sea, Florida passed away very peacefully on Sunday afternoon, October 8, 2017 surrounded by her loving family.
She is reunited with her beloved husband, Joseph D’Agostino. They would have been married 72 years this month. Caterina is survived by her 6 children, John (Linda), Peter (Francesca), Joseph (JoAnne), Marie (Gregg), Anthony (Elizabeth), and Rosanne (Tom). She was blessed with 18 grandchildren and 22 great grandchildren.
Caterina was known by all for her wonderful Italian cooking & baking. She loved shopping (especially for food), walking, singing and dancing. She will be deeply missed and forever remembered by her ability to make people laugh.
The family will receive friends, Monday, October 16th from 10:00am – 1:00pm at the Baird Case Jordan Fannin Funeral Home, 4343 N. Federal Highway, Fort Lauderdale, Florida 33308. A Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated afterwards at 2:00 pm at Our Lady Queen of Heaven Cemetery Chapel, 1500 South State Road 7, North Lauderdale, Florida 33068 with Entombent immediately following.
