Died Tuesday March 23, 2021
John was 79 years young. Born in Brooklyn, New York on December 18, 1941 to Florence and James Simonelli. He had 2 sisters and 4 brothers. In the 70’s, John moved to Staten Island, New York and started working for the New York City Transit. A bus driver for 27 years. He got several honors for safe driving.
He retired at the age of 50 and then went to drive Location Vans for Models, Photographers, TV and Movie Stars. This was great for John, as he was a people person. He loved running, the beach, water skiing and snow skiing. And great at tennis.
John was married to his wife, Elizabeth Bradley, for almost 48 years. We moved to Lauderdale-By-The-Sea, to a great community Ocean Bay Club.
John always had a smile on his face and made everyone laugh.
He was a wonderful husband, a great father, and the best grandfather a kid could ever have.
He was also in the US Army from 1960-1964. Survived by his wife, Betty, daughter Sheri, son-in-law Tom. Grandchildren Thomas and Tori. Brothers Charles, Michael, and sister Barbara.
John, we will Love and Miss you. Rest in Peace.
