Jack M. Bowman, age 97 of Coral Springs, Florida, passed away peacefully on Sunday, August 29, 2021 at his residence of natural causes.
Jack grew up in Winter Garden, Florida. He was a decorated WWII veteran of the Navy. He survived many battles during WWII as a dive bomber pilot. He lived a wonderful life full of boating adventures and travel and was loved and respected by so many.
He moved with his family from Annandale, Virginia to Fort Lauderdale, Florida In 1968. He and his wife Betty owned a car rental business for over 20 years and retired in 1985.
He is survived by his daughter and son in law, Patti and Doug Bavin, granddaughter and her husband, Shannon and Scot Goldstein, two great-grandchildren, Jaxson and Charlee and brother in law Marcel Hurni.
A Graveside sevice is scheduled for 10:30 a.m., Thursday, September 9, 2021 at Lauderdale Memorial Park Cemetery.
