Kimberly Rae Haase-Ferguson
Age 40, of Delray Beach, Florida, after a long bout with mental illness, succumbed to her disease on November 23rd.
Kim is preceded in death by her grandparents, Harold and Veronica Neumann, and Henry and Adele Haase. She is survived by her husband Jason Ferguson, children Joshua Brady and Ava Ferguson; her parents Raymond and Karen Haase; brother, Ryan Haase (Sara); sisters, Kory Halstead (Mike), and Kelly Sedlak (Michael); along with seven nieces and nephews.
Born and raised in Chagrin Falls, Kim attended Chagrin Falls High School, before graduating from Kent State University. Throughout Kim’s struggles she remained very close to her children who she loved dearly. Kim will always be remembered for her gleaming smile and fun filled personality. Kim’s energy and love to entertain her children, nieces, and nephews, with the most creative crafts and activities will never be forgotten. Services will be limited to family.
Donations in her honor may be made to the National Alliance of Mental Illness, IBH Addiction Recovery, or another foundation of your choosing that is helping families deal with mental illness or brain research.
