Roger McCoy

Roger suddenly left us on November 17, 2022. He is now with his parents, Franklin and Doris and his sister Lori McCoy Pullen. Roger is survived by his wife Avis, daughter Alaina, son David (Yvonne) and his grandchildren, Scot, Charlotte and Jacquelyn.

He was a loving father, grandfather, son-in-law and friend to all who knew him. His wit and humor will always be remembered by those he touched.

His children and grandchildren were the light of his life and he was always involved in their activities, coaching their baseball and softball teams and every activity they were involved in. He gave selflessly to others and his family, always putting us first.

He enjoyed the many trips we went on especially the annual father-daughter Yankee spring training trips, Canes football games and many trips to NYC.

We cherish the memories – there are so many.

He touched all who knew him. Roger, we cherish the time we had.
