There are no words. I just pray for peace and serenity. I feel like a part of my childhood has gone. The memories have flooded in always making me laugh. Condolences to the family who has suffered a tremendous loss.

I taught with Marisa at Oakridge Elementary for many years. She loved her students and they loved her in return. I always knew that if I was having a bad day, I could sneak away to Marisa’s tiny classroom and she would make me laugh. I am so very sorry for your loss. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.

Marisa, you were gone before you reply to my email. No farewell words were spoken, no time to say goodbye, you were gone before we knew it, and only God knows why. May you find comfort in the arms of an angel. To the Family: Although it is difficult today to see beyond the sorrow, may looking back in memory help to comfort you today.

Dear Emily, Donovan, and Family - Words seem inadequate to express the sadness I feel about Marisa's passing. May your heart and soul find peace, comfort and courage and may God Bless her and bring her everlasting peace.

Marisa was a wonderful woman with the most beautiful smile. We loved her and will miss her so much. Our love to you, Emily, as well as to Donovan. We will always remember the trip we took to Butterfly World with the three of you in December. Deepest condolences to you both and to the rest of Marisa's family.
