Jack was one of the kindest person we have ever met. We met 25 years ago when I was a Fort Lauderdale Police Officer. As the president of the Navy League he brought my family on a submarine and carrier tour. The Boat Parades in Fort Lauderdale were highlights for my family over the years with Jack and Peggy. We celebrated Birthdays at the Sea Watch Restaurant which was our favorite memories. I will miss having lunches with him and our conversations about our family's . We will miss him very much.
