I was so lucky to have had Maria as one of my dearest friends growing up and Rosalie as a second mother to me. Her love for her children and all of their friends was beyond anything we could have ever asked for! Her generosity and strength taught us all such lessons in life! I am so blessed to have had Rosalie in my life and for all of those amazing memories and laughter around the dining room table. My heart goes out to you Maria, children, Franco and Edmund- may you find solace in knowing she is w your father again. All my love-Nicole

Where do I begin.... My childhood and adulthood are a reflection of Rosalies strength. She was a second Mother to me growing up. Time and tears may have passed but not the impact she had on my life. Woman of strength and wisdom and love. My heart aches for Maria and Edmund who she adores so deeply. You two will have another guardian angel watching over you. She is reunited with the other love of her life. God be with you and give you strength.... Strength is already rushing through you because of your wonderful Mother. I love you both....

Sending prayers and strength to Maria, Edmund and the rest of the family. Very luck to have grown up with Mrs. Malkoon in my life. Always looked out for her Bel-Air children. May she rest in peace with Mr. Malkoon and may perpetual light shine upon her.

Dear, Edmond, Maria, Nabil, Sanaa, Zuha, Mona and your respective families.
We are truly saddened to hear about the sudden demise of auntie Rosalie.
Her thoughts and memory would forever live deep inside our hearts.
She was a charming lady and a special, unforgettable person to all those who knew her.
She loved us all, each one of us; and no matter how far or close we were, she would always take time to inquire about our whereabouts, our well being, 'who got engaged or married'., 'how many children etc'.
I was told by my paternal aunt in Beirut that one of her last wishes was to visit Lebanon one last time to have a big family reunion with all her cousins and the rest of us. It was her way to bid us farewell.
Please accept our heartfelt sympathies and prayers for your families.
God rest her soul.
Most sincerely,
Pierre, Elian, George and Marilise Chivi (Dubai)
